However, this January I relapsed 3 times on Jan 12 ( watch porn), Jan 14 ( watch porn and masturbate) and today Jan 28 I watched some sex scenes from the movie “Nymphomaniac” but don’t masturbate. Should I reset the streak to Zero? Am I a loser? Please give me advice.
Nah you’re not a loser! Not at all. On some real homie shit, 74 days is real pimp shit kinda numbers. That’s a feat in itself, but two days of watching porn close together (ignoring the movie) is relapse territory. Can’t do that even to watch… slippery slope. It’s like that saying in rehab goes “stay in a barber shop long enough and eventually you’re gonna get your hair clipped”. Same thing for “just watching porn”. Would reset to zero but screenshot streak as a reminder of your willpower ✊🏻
Hey man, you’re not a loser. Relapsing is part of progress and you will come back much stronger. If you watched the scenes because you wanted to, then yes, reset your streak. I also had to find out the hard way that relapsing is normal. I did, after Two Strong weeks.
