Hey guys, something to think about… If you’re having trouble with your phone and you just wanna think of a way to keep it away from you to resist that temptation, Amazon sells these phone lockboxes that will physically lock your phone for a certain amount of time that you set where you cannot open it. You can still answer calls, but that’s about it. The box is like $25 and it works great…as long as you panic rush it into there. Then you’ll buy yourself some time to be mindful and reset. You guys got this!!!
being hard all day is kinda annoying smh —— but I one this app and I feel better immediately —— I just stop what I’m doing and read comments and it really helps
