Above have tips for how to stay consistent?
i’ve only been in the gym for 1.5 years my instagram is @david_shoola you can see how little time it takes to completely transform with some deification and focus you don’t need discipline just don’t lose focus
5 times a week eventually you’ll learn a lot on your own and don’t feel scared to ask anyone around how to use a machine
just go to the gym for the first 3 months and start using random equipment don’t go in for a plan just plan to go in for a hour
Building positive habits is always difficult. I recommend reading ‘Atomic Habits’ by James Clear. Fantastic book about making positive habits easy and negative habits harder. With going to the gym, I always recommend reducing the friction to getting a workout in, I.E choosing a gym close to you, having a workout routine, laying out gym clothes the night before etc.
Use the internet to teach yourself the basics of how the human body works and what exercises are targeting what muscles. Start going to the gym a couple times a week and you should start feeling better physically pretty fast. After you start feeling better and building the habit you will learn to actually enjoy the gym and it will become a bright spot in your day. Once you hit that point going to the gym is incredibly easy. Just remember to eat healthy
