What a relapse made me do
Yesterday I had a perfect day for me, gym, cardio, diet, all that. I thought me not relapsing on anything wouldn’t make me relapse on lust. But apparently that’s not how it works. After I relapsed, I went on and had super sugary food at like 2 3am and that fully killed me. So even if I don’t give in to any bad habits I can still give into this one. Advice?
working on changing several bad habits at once makes it harder to quit just one.
