Hi, it’s my first day on this journey. I’ve tried several times before but I just kept giving up and reasoning myself into it again. I pray everything goes well with this app and stuff

reasoning with yourself is in my opinion one of the hardest things to break. that's what I struggle with. I also find it's a lot simpler to say no than come up with a reason, so that's what I do.
