In the week I wasn’t tempted in any way because Iam so busy with collage work, gym and counting calories, but in the weekends I don’t go to the gym to get rest, ba di feel very tempted but more in the nights Last night I took melatonin but with even that I relapsed
Having to be busy is great and very helpful. Learning to choose to be busy and valuing the satisfaction and self-improvement you get from that is a huge skill set. You’ve got it. You’re back now. These are just steps on your way up to the top.
