I am so sick of trying and failing over and over again. No matter how many times i try and quit i just keep relapsing. Im so lost.

I’ve been there my friend. It helps me to know that not every effort has to be successful, just one. It doesn’t matter if you’ve failed 100 times, you only have to succeed once and you’re free. You got this. 💪🏼
