What do you guys recommend when friends send explicit content? Whether it be in a group chat or snapchat(groups). How do you guys cope with seeing Brief pictures or clips that just so happen to come your way? It’s not that I have the urge to look something stuff up, but once I see a glimpse I start spiraling into thought about porn. this has made me relapse twice now. I also don’t want to be a some prude with the guys and be like “hey, stopping sending me shit like this” when it’s just guys being guys. Help me Guys
And you’re not a prude when you ask them to stop sending you such. You’re just establishing boundaries that will help you achieve a no porn, no fap life. You have to determine in yourself that you’ll ‘fight’ for that life. That way telling your friends off for sending explicit content won’t be a struggle.
