Deleted all social media because I found it to be the cause of most of my relapses. Need some recommendations on what to do with the extra time I have now. Get home from work around 4 and then head to the gym for 2 hours and then the rest of my day is free and I don’t know what to do with all that time to distract myself from relapsing.
For me it was Pokemon. Started playing all the OG games. And video editing with my Insta360 camera
