Since downloading this app and being more intentional, I’m about to hit my 7-day mark again, but this time it feels different. I’m actually working on myself, not just trying to survive. The biggest thing that’s helped me is surprisingly simple: Stop thinking about quitting porn. The more you focus on “I can’t fap” or “I need to quit porn,” the more you’re still letting it live rent-free in your mind.
