Since I’ve started the app I’ve been trying to make it a habit to open this up and write something somewhere any time my mind starts wandering where it shouldn’t… hopefully this results in me getting on here when I really really need it on those late nights when I’m triggered.. and it’s dope to know you guys are up weird hours of the night fight along with me so I feel supported!
It’s working for me so far logging on n communicating with the QUITTR community.
