Apparently I have relapsed 6 times this week. This is bad, right. I am so tired I can’t even think. I just want to sleep and wake up as someone else.

Content and app blockers are a big help for me. They especially work well if a close friend or family member controls the blocker.
Keep track of your triggers, start from there like no phone in bed, go to sleep eurlu, work out,..
I know the feeling. Keep at it. Try and avoid,if not remove, any triggers around you that cause you to relapse. You can do this.
Hey, this happened to me this week too. I feel your pain. If you have not, read easy peasy way to quit port, available in this app. It helps building my mental strength even if failing. Also if there is something triggering you, remove it.
