Day 1 completed in a long long time where I didn’t feel compelled or tempted to peek. I know it’s about to get a lot worse but I felt good and productive today. I had mentioned this app I found called Opal that blocks distractions and it felt great to actually get real work done. On to Day 2
Do what it takes to pass the addiction, some things work best for others so if that seems the best for you do it. Be mindful of what causes your triggers and learn from them to find alternatives
