The difference in how I feel and how intimacy with my wife has been affected has been an incredible shift. This is really the best thing you can do for yourself I have become so much more productive and also so much less lustful. I get a small urge every now and then but when I get on this app and see the countdown and see how far I came it really makes it easy to just keep the streak going. On the road to 90 days and beyond. I was addicted to porn for over 15 years and now I’m done with it. I’m never going back
