So it's day 2 of NoFap/NoPorn and when I started this, in order to distract myself from urges, and do something good for myself, I instituted a pushup tax for myself. Every time I feel the urge I go do push-ups. My arms are fucking killing me
Oh nice I love this idea. Also might rewire your subconscious brain to realize , hey every time I give my guy this urge, instead of receiving the dopamine that I want, I end up receiving pain instead so maybe I should stop sending urge signals
