Holy moly man, before I reached the 10 day mark it was pretty easy but these urges have been bad😔😔😔

Yes!!!!!! Days 9-14 are usually when i would relapse in the past but once you get thru those days things will seamer down. Just pray on it and continuously look for positive alternatives to get your mind off your urges. You got this Henry

Yessir, I have been definitely dealing with those. But tbh the more that you fight them off the easier it gets to fight them off in the future. I only have urgent to masturbate not to watch any porn or anything tbh.
