Failed on day 61

wasn’t worth it even the slightest bit. I failed because I didn’t listen to my own advice and rules. I thought I could reintroduce instagram and I was wrong there is way to many triggers and unfortunately I fell. BUT I will not allow this to spiral into multiple relapses im getting right back up and continuing to push forward Let this be a lesson to you all that you must always be on guard no matter how long the streak.
