I think its up to you. When you look at your streak counter and see how many days you have left does the act take away from your feeling of accomplishment? Personally, i let it slide once but the second time felt like i was cheating so i reset the counter. I was gonna get to the end and feel like i cheated myself. And now i set a boundary in my mind where it means failure so i wont allow myself to cross it. Its a personal journey so you gotta decide where to draw the line. Good luck
