My self-confidence is growing day by day. I work a stressful job and am in a new position where I feel I’m constantly being judged… but the past couple days it has been much easier because my confidence levels are through the roof. The temptation still knocks at the door but the daily habit/routine of “porn and masturbate” because I’m bored or because I’m getting ready for my day has been easier to avoid.
