Hello everyone, I have a question. When a person says that they relapsed, are they referring to just watching porn or actually masterbating? Im just looking for clarification.

It can be both, just don’t chase cheap dopemine is the main goal. I am at day 14 and never felt better just keep going. No porn or masterbating.
