Relapsed after 12 days…this is my first time posting by the way. It’s probably the longest streak I’ve had, but I was wide awake at 2 am and bored which I now realized is one of my triggers. Not trying to beat myself up over it though since Im glad I got this far. It’s a process, don’t give up guys 💪
