I’ve been on a terrible binge the last couple of weeks. Idk if it’s cause of stress or what… but I’ll go two days and then just do it, and then 3 days and fall back… Any tips? I’ve deleted my social media and such but I have a bad habit of downloading it back after a few days thinking I’m good and then fall back into PMO…

If you have to use social media, try to download and use it only when you are around people or in public spaces and delete it after
