I’ve done 90 days in the past and I’ll do it again!

Gents hope your all well. I wanted to post here for those that need some perspective if they feel stuck or lost. Im 31 about to be married next year but I found out I had an issue 10 years ago and found nodal sub reddit when there was only 34k subs on it. I realised I had an issue and it wasn’t until my mates dared me to go for a month without capping and I realised how addicted I was 2 days in. From there I started my journey and over a span of like 4 months I eventually met my to be wife when I was a month into it and it gave me a reason to continue till 90 days. Now. Since lock down and just relapsing and heading to a side of myself im not happy about I can say this. It feels amazing hitting 90 days. And it’s possible! No more shame, guilt, ed, isolating etc. you need to make a set of bloody law or commandments to follow like your life depends on it! These 🌽 companies have hard wired there videos so much then what it was 10 years ago and now your paying the price. It’s gonna be the hardest battle of your life… but it will give you an even better one once you win. I know how good it feels to get through it and I wanted to come on hear as someone on day 4 to say, you got this. Are you going to be the hammer or the nail!? You should attack this and be so serious with this that it posses you off. Emotionally kill this thing. You need to because to many of us end up then half assign this and let lust and the addiction come back over and over until you then get pissed off and try it for real! Do it now. Be the man you want to become. For your family, loved one and friends but most importantly, do it for you! Fuck the noise, Delete everything that triggers or stops you from success and walk into who your ment to be! I’ll see you all at the finish line 🙏🏻⚔️
