I recently deleted insta for a bit and reinstalled it just now cuz I wanna post my graduation pics tomorrow. And I forgot how sexual it is, first thing I see in my for you page was a pornstar in a bikini. I’m gonna delete it again after graduation. But trust me getting rid of it will make things easier.
I miss it and I don’t miss it. I’ve come this far to realize how much I do scroll on Instagram. Now that I have it deleted, I am focusing more on feeding my brain with audiobooks. I haven’t started education on mental and psychological health and overall not being on my phone a lot Which is pretty damn hard. I noticed how many times I take out my phone from my pocket, unlock it swipe back-and-forth because I don’t have Instagram to go to anymore, but it’s OK. My screen time is getting lowered by the day.
Yeah I try to keep my insta clean by clicking the not interested button on the insta soft porn. But eventually I break and stop for 2 seconds on a dancing reel. Then the algorithm shoves it all in my face. Definitely better to delete it. But I do miss the memes.
