I see alot of people talking about the “urges” going away and how they can’t stop. I feel as they never will. I get a sudden urge when I’m alone or when I’m scrolling social media, We just all have to remember “stick to the plan and not the mood”
Just a tip or wtv you wanna call it, for myself I deleted social media. Especially TikTok, instagram twitter reddit anything where you can feel an urge or anything you will bee scrolling on for hours maybe even at a time, instead I watch a movie or a show on Netflix play video games or best of all hang out with family. And eventually your willpower will grow and those urges will be easy to overpower cause you know what to do and the urges don’t grasp you like they did before. I’m sure others can agree, others that have made it past 3 weeks to a month.
