Never stay alone at home if you don’t have anything to do. Boredom leads to horniness. The moment you get an urge, go for a run, hit the gym, read a book. Don’t ever think “I’ll just blueball myself, but I won’t ejaculate.” That’s the biggest lie you can ever tell yourself. Goodluck brother
