I know the struggle. Deleting browser and apps from my phone and asking my friend to set up a code on my phone to not download those apps/browser again works for me (im on a 6 day streak so its a lot for me and i already feel so good because of it man) And I have maybe a stupid tip that could work. Just imagine while watching those things that these people stink so you won’t feel that attracted to it
