One of the biggest themes I’ve seen is that most people struggling to quit started when they were very young. 12-14 years old… around middle school seems to be the common theme. Let’s remember this when having kids and be sure to open with our sons about the true consequences of this addiction. It’s sad but we’ll prolly need to be having this talk when they are 10-12. Take the necessary steps to not pass this down. Stay strong fellas do it for yourself, your father, and your son. Come here first when you have the urge
