Easiest: Delete social media. I, for myself, have deleted Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Snapchat, basically everything but TikTok. I understand you want to keep your social media but it is what destroys you most. For the ones you keep, make sure to build a new algorithm, unfollow all the girls and porn accounts, worst case make new accounts and build a healthy algorithm. You can additionally set yourself screen time limits for individual apps.
