ITS REAL.
For those that don’t believe in SR, something has got to give. On all my streaks longer than 14 days, here’s what I noticed. I get better sleep, I have better focus, improved mood, my voice deepens with the more time I abstain, more energy, access to more strength when working out, anxiety out the window, less timid which it sort of goes hand in hand with anxiety, I can hold a conversation, I don’t get nervous around women, I can better hold eye contact with people… etc. There are other benefits but these are the BIG ones I noticed for MY journey. Don’t give up. ALLOW yourself the time and discipline to notice these positive and transformative changes.
