Almost on day 3, feels a little too easy.

I’m almost on day 3, it was a bit of a struggle at first with so many triggers but i spent all of day 2 wondering why ive felt extremely little urges lately and if this even means ive been doing it right. My girlfriend has kept me distracted (both romantically and sexually) so i don’t know if thats good or bad.
