No, I wouldn’t say it does, but it is in a different category. Sex complicates things and can complicate your rehabilitation. The most uncomplicated sex is sacramental, between a man and a woman in marriage for the sake of child rearing. Even a lot of sex in a married relationship can add undue complication. Shift your mindset by asking yourself how necessary it really is for your happiness and you will have much better results with your journey here.

I think that's fine.. but you shouldn't make a habit out of casual sex just to replace porn/masterbation. Masterbating might actually be safer as you aren't exposing yourself to potential STDs.. the goal should be to abstain until you meet someone that you connect with and want to date
