Reflection

I think one of the hardest parts of this journey is finding it in my heart to forgive myself for falling to lust in the past and for the relapses. It’s so easy to fall into the trip of aiming for perfection when in reality as humans we can’t be perfect, yet God still shows us love undeservingly. Being loved undeservingly can make you feel so honoured sometimes but also make you feel like you’re not doing enough to be cherished that much, but we have to get into the habit of focusing on God’s love, grace, and goodness over our sin. And as someone who is still struggling with this I can truly say this is much easier said than done but the struggle is worth it. It’s in the adversity that we often find the steps necessary to stray from lust and stay next to God. Praying for everyone on this journey with me, God bless ‼️
