Day 21! Here’s my experience so far
So the first 2 weeks I had really strong urges to relapse due to the fact that I was still using instagram and twitter daily. These platforms know your patterns and they force sexual illicit content like onlyfans promotions and gym girls posting thirst traps on the explore page of instagram. These social media platforms start recommending more of this content and you end up in a loop cycle of temptation & urges to relapse. I deleted these apps this past week and I feel much more confident about continuing this journey to quit watching porn for good. I strongly recommend going to the gym or joining a some type of in person community or even meeting with friends on a regular basis to keep yourself busy and motivated to get back in shape
