Relapse and sleep

Got this app about a week ago and made it to day 6 before relapsing. Immediate thing I noticed that I never realized before was how bad my sleep truly was. Was difficult to get to sleep, stay asleep, and now I’m exhausted. Just shows how much this addiction drains you mentally and physically. Getting back on track now to fix my sleep among all the other positives to getting rid of this garbage from my life.
Good for you! It took me a long time to notice the effect it was having on my sleep and focus. Glad to know I’m not alone, hopefully this is the time we all kick this bad habit for good.
