I’m officially 24 hours porn free. No urges or temptations so far. I’ve tried to quit multiple times before and can go 3-4 days but then the sexual urges come up then once I start it’s a downward spiral. I had my strongest PNC yesterday and started to breakdown. Since then I’ve fully committed. Going good so far but we will see how it goes. Fingers crossed.
