Honestly best advice I can give is to just go outside and go on a walk, go hit the gym, literally anything that gets you out of the house. If you can’t leave the house, dunk your head in some really cold water or take a shower (at any temp but cold water will shock your body and instead of porn all you will want is to get warm).
