Staying sexually active during detox

I recently started using this app after years of not being able to quit. So far I’m enjoying the sense of community and multiple features that I can turn to whenever I get an urge. I feel better about quitting this time than I ever have before. I was wondering if anyone in the community can shed light on sexual activity during their detox? Do you think it can be healthy to have a natural outlet to sexual arousal or will it impede my journey and contribute to relapse? Thanks everyone!
