Day 7

It’s been a bit more then 7 days since I’ve watched porn, I feel great. I haven’t gotten a single urge in those 7 days and I hope it stays that way. I’m planning to stop counting after a month of this, but to those who have no hope, I’ve failed numerous times that cannot be counted, I’ve told myself every promise you can think of, but really it depends on you, today or never? That’s what u need to ask urself.. U will feel down, anxious, maybe even a little lonely at times, but whatever ur goals are make plans and strive every single day.. Get out there and talk to more people and girls, go workout? work more and concentrate on studies, do whatever you need to do but get busy!! It’s only hard if u make it. Piece of advice to avoid relapsing: Don’t be in an environment where it’s easy to relapse.. like seeing thirst traps online, being alone in ur bedroom, etc.. if ur struggling to keep a streak it means u can’t trust urself yet and your brain needs to rewrite itself to forget porn, get addicted to life, don’t be around ur triggers everyone eventually falls to them it’s just a matter of when, so change ur environment, chase life and ur goals, start right now. See u guys on the greener side!

I also want to add to this for everyone who thinks about quitting because of how long they would have to push for, an example would be a couple months to a year in order for someone to quit right? A lot of people get discouraged by that number, but just remember it’s harder for a plane to takeoff than to stay in the air. Once the plane is already in the air, it just has to stay in the air.
