On my third-ish day now. Have been able to stop porn for no more than a week at a time. Feeling really committed and kind of humiliated that I fell into this cycle

Keep it going dude. What’s stopping you from going more? Have it mean more to you. Don’t be satisfied with only a few days. Desire getting rid of it for good. Say “no” to porn and short term desire
