How do you guys stop yourself when you get the urge? Or how do you in the moment? Its like the dopamine overpowers all of my common sense or accountability

Run to God. You have to want him more than you want to satisfy the urges because only he will give you true satisfaction. also do not entertain the urges whatsoever do not touch yourself down there do not look at anything. don’t even think of anything. Part of it comes from controlling your mind. This is a physical, spiritual and mental battle.
