A life hack

Fellas. I always find myself to struggle the most when I’m not busy doing something. For the boys, we’re supposed to continually improve every day, staying busy, locking in, and I’ve found that recently I’ve been the most busy in a long time and also the least tempted to fall short. I fill my days with God, cooking, the gym, practicing guitar, and journaling, and whether your religious or not, you can fill your day with tasks to stay busy. To sit with your thoughts mean to fall to your thoughts, to be tempted by your thoughts, which ultimately turn to action, which leads to giving in, which means a relapse. I’ve been working on trying to change my ways for a long time now fellas, and I’m on day 9 and counting, and each day is a victory when you don’t give in, and you’ll reap the rewards when you make sure you stay busy. I pray for all you guys, I hope you hear this advice and realize the battle is a lot bigger than lust. It’s a war against yourself every day, and as men it’s gonna build us to become better and better, and for the boys, I encourage you to continue to strive for growth. Look to your mentors, your elders for answers and advice, your not in this alone. We’re fighting this together till the end. God believes in us, I believe in us, and you should too.
