So after 14 days of no porn, i relapsed twice because of instagram, and this made me feel guilty and ashamed of myself. Now my strategy is to deactivate all social media accounts, so i don’t fall in the same trap again . Resetting the streak after 14 days made me disappointed.

Yes sir, that’s the key, do whatever it takes to identify the triggers, I fell victim to that too, best thing to do is shut it out so your brain has time time rework.
