At the end of every temptation it won’t be an app that saves you, it won’t be an accountability partner. At the end of each temptation you just have to say no. Accountability and resources like this app help make saying no easier, but no one can take the burden off your shoulder. I pray for your strength

Bro, honestly, I doubt you’ll take this advice based on what you sent—but I’m giving it anyway. If you actually apply this, your streaks will be WAY longer (with one key condition). For reference, I’m on a 48-day streak right now using this exact approach. 1. Delete ALL social media. That means Snapchat and anything else like it. I tried reinstalling Snap on day 28 thinking I’d be fine—but that was the closest I came to relapsing during this whole journey. Don’t test it. Just cut it off. 2. Stay productive. You can’t just cut something out of your life and replace it with nothing. That creates a void, and you’ll either develop a new bad habit or fall back into the old one. In my first 20 days, I didn’t deal with my stress well because I used to cope through PMO. I started binge eating instead. Once I got intentional about staying productive—even simple stuff like making my bed or running errands—it helped massively with urges. Keep yourself busy. 3. Your “why” has to be strong as hell. This is probably the most important one. Most people try to quit without a clear and defined reason. Something vague like “I want more confidence” won’t hold up when temptation hits. For me, every time I felt tempted, I’d literally say out loud: “I’d rather have a loving relationship than jerk off right now.” And I’d remind myself of all the damage it had done to my life. You need a reason that hits deep—lock it into your mind and repeat it when the urge comes. 4. Bonus tips (not essential, but super helpful): • Use a porn blocker • No phone at least 1 hour before bed • Get an accountability partner • Take a walk or literally run from the urge instead of trying to fight it • Eat clean, healthy foods and stay active • Meditate • Use deep breathing during urges or high-stress moments

Your reliance on porn is so much that you have to hope an entire app will solve your problem. The problem lies with you, the purpose of this app is to connect you with people in a similar situation, and for YOU to reflect on yourself. The real change happens when you make it happen, not when an app makes it happen
