A pro hack for this. You need to clean your algorithm. Anytime you see some suggestive material on instagram. Mark it as “Not interested”. This will over time clean up your explore page and suggested content. Otherwise just delete instagram/social apps from your phone. I’ve done both. Earlier on, I deleted app. Then I downloaded for socializing purposes. Then I was ruthless about getting any suggestive posts off my feed. Did that and now my feed is clean. Just sports, finance, science/health, manifestation/therapy stuff now.
