Day 10✅

Blessed to have made it to the 10th day without watching porn and masturbation. So far my highest streak in 10 years ever since I started to watch porn and masturabtion. Guys, I’ve tried everything possible to quit masturbation and watching porn but what I came to realize, it’s not that easy to get rid of them after a long time of consuming them on a daily basis. When this year started, I went on a plank challenge so as to try and build discipline which I never had before. I’m blessed I’ve been taking only cold showers for 3 straight years non-stop, but what I actually came to realize is that no matter what you do, you must build discipline so that it can help you to overcome and also accomplish any other challenge you would like to tackle. It took me a-lot of time to build the discipline but ever since I got used to it, I was lucky I even came across this app that helped me to always stay accountable, I struggled like in the first 3 attempts but later on I told myself that as a man, I need to make this also a challenge and try to mitigate it at all cost, the good thing of building discipline, it will help you to tackle different challenges in life and be able to accomplish them. Now, here I am…free from porn and fapping, never had the urges in the past 10 days, as I tried to take this journey as a challenge just like I do with my everyday day plank and pushups challenges that helped me to build my discipline. Finally, to my bros (Magnus and Eze) when I started this streak I was keeping track of them daily as we started the streak around the same time to which also motivated me, maybe they don’t know about it but it actually helped me and I will keep on going, I was checking up on you guys daily but don’t give up you still go this and I will always do, I believe in you guys.
