When you’re on the first few days, or at no days, you might find it’s hard to seek a rhythm. Now what I mean by this is you can’t find a day where you’re fully focussed on not giving in, but that starts with making yourself a promise, remembering fully how you felt in the right moment committing the sin of lust. You don’t want to feel that guilt again, fully knowing in the middle of committing sin, that you’re not meant to be doing it. When I looked for advice, people said pray over it, and I didn’t fully understand what that meant so that left me 1. Confused and 2. Stuck in a daily cycle of doing it. So what happened with me was I got closer to Christ than ever, meaning I was praying to God, with my hands together, thanking him for another day to wake up and try my hardest, to change, try my hardest to keep myself busy with things that will better me, watching informative videos on whatever, even if it’s like starting a business. Just clasp your hands to one another, pray to the Lord Jesus Christ, repent for the sins you committed knowing you shouldn’t do it because you’re committing sin against your own body, and to God. Pray for better days, to free you from the lustful spirits. You can pray to him for what ever you want, to free you from anything, he will do, as long as you do your part on trying to change to. T
