Just relapsed after my first long streak

Feels horrible. I knew it was going to be a waste of time. I knew it wouldn’t fulfill me and I knew I’d regret it more than anything, but like always I fell into the trap. I was approaching my ten day mark. I just hope this helps me in the long run, that I learn from this disappointment. If you’re thinking of doing it; don’t. It’s not worth resetting that count.
