Day 5 💯
hey guys, i just made it to day 5, but to be honest i expected to see an improvement of myself, when i started, the first day i was already feeling energetic and happy, but now it’s like the depression kicked back in, idk if this is normal or not, any tips?
I feel you I’m 10 days in and I’ve just started to feel better. I think it’s because when you start all you can think about is relapsing so you have to keep your guard up 24/7 and it’s exhausting. I found that day 6 was the worst and it got wayyy better after that and I’m cruising for the most part now.
