Should I start over?

So I’ve stopped jerking to porn for 23 days now. But the last couple of days I’ve been triggered to watch porn and I would look at it for a bit then tell myself it’s not worth it. Should I start my count as I looked at porn?

I wouldn’t recommend restarting your streak. Be proud of yourself that you started, but then you came to your senses and got out of it! I’m really proud of you for that; that is extremely hard to do.
